		Screening Review We spend a day or two looking for opportunities. Plant Commitment: None Cost to You: None
		Letter of Agreement (LOA) Study We take 3-4 weeks to define the opportunities and identify "tarrable" projects versus ESA offers. Plant Commitment: Engineering fees paid to CEC only if a technically and financially feasible project is offered to the plant but not implemented, or if the plant implements the project on its own. Cost to You: Contingent Study Liability
		Energy Services Agreement (ESA) 8-10 weeks. An offer to do a performance contract on LOA items. Plant Commitment: Typically a 5-year project. Study fees rolled into this project. Cost to You: None
		Projects Implemented Equipment is typically owned by CEC for 5 years. All savings go to the plant after this period. Plant Commitment: Verifiable and meterable savings Cost to You: Monthly payment after proven metered savings.
