Project EngineerThe role of the Project Engineer is to manage projects by handling design and implementation. The Project Engineer will also define the project’s objectives and evaluate engineering plans and designs, improving development, and quality control throughout its life cycle. The focus of this position is conducting burner tuning, troubleshooting customer issues, coordinating combustion related upgrade projects and ensure completion of projects on-time and within the set budget. Other responsibilities include mechanical design and analysis of gas trains and combustion systems.
Sales Account ManagerAccount management and primary sales responsibilities for major accounts. Develop proposals from new leads and existing client base. Position requires 25-50% travel to make sales calls to key accounts and qualified leads. Management of assigned key insurance industry relationships. Sales lead tracking and forecasting using CRM software. Adoption and implementation of the sales process (Sandler based). This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree (technical discipline preferred) and 7 years of experience in Field Sales with the ability to close sales and drive sales growth.
Combustion Safety AuditorThe Combustion Safety Auditor is responsible for conducting safety interlock testing on the combustion system’s critical safety components and identifying areas that are possible safety risks under ASME CSD-1, NFPA 85, and NFPA 86. The ideal candidate is experienced in boiler operations/ maintenance/services, natural gas-fired equipment service, burners and/or gas trains. This could include heat treat ships, paint ovens, and/or heating equipment. Experience in installation is a plus. Requirements include excellent communication skills including clear command of the English language. Software skills/computer literacy would be a plus. Military, especially Navy, and/or industrial plant experience would be a plus, as would a college degree and/or other service type of credentials. The position requires travel (national and international) 4 to 5 days a week. All travel expenses are paid.
Project ManagerThe role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The focus of this position is to coordinate combustion related upgrades projects, and ensure completion of projects on-time and within budget. Other responsibilities include mechanical design and analysis of gas trains and combustion systems; and approving system drawings.
Gas Hazards Field Engineer IIThe primary role of the Gas Hazards Field Engineer II is to conduct field safety inspection of fuel piping systems and to supervise the commissioning of fuel piping. The focus of this position is safe completion of field purging work, maintaining purging equipment and developing specific procedures for all purging jobs
Technical Sales Account ManagerThe role of the Technical Sales Account Manager is to develop and manage new customers and will work with sales and marketing to devise unique promotions to obtain business. The Technical Sales Account Manager is responsible for handling and addressing all client questions and concerns. The Technical Sales Account Manager serves as a good will ambassador for CEC and maintaining good relations between the customer and the company is vital for earning revenue for the company. The Technical Sales Account Manager combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products. The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge needed to sell a particular product or service. The Technical Sales Account Manager is a key point of contact for clients and provides both pre- and after-sales advice.
TrainerThe role of the Trainer is to plan, develop and execute trainings, develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. The trainer will provide training and staff development programs through the utilization of classrooms, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meeting, conferences, workshops and one-on-one trainings. The focus of this position is to present technical content, analyze training needs to develop new programs and to improve existing programs.
Inspections Quality Control Engineer IThe role of Inspections Quality Control Engineer I is to assist in all aspects of the company combustion safety field inspections. This includes engineering and code review of field inspection findings and report generation. The focus of this position is to review code issues, and validate code citations. Another primary focus for this position is updating CEC checklists and databases for code corrections.
